“Contact Point” service pattern: “contact point” means the points among our staff and their clients during the different processes—service before sale; service during sale; and service after sale.
Contact point service is our special service for our clients.
 Service Prior To Sale
Telephone service: the customer service representative provides all kinds of helps in accordance with different requirements through telephone,
Sale service: our outworkers will contact with our clients in every process (including general visit, customer demands, detailed information, sample providing, original quotation and some suggestion to solve the problem)
Technology Service: the project engineer provides a method for problem solution (including feasibility analysis, establish proposals for project, adjust and modify the project according to the request from customer, finalize the project solution plan)
Reception service: the receptionist from client department will lead the clients to take a tour of the whole company so that products and company can deeply impress our clients.
 Service during Sale
Technology Service: all kinds of service provided by technology department (project manager, project supervisor, project engineer)
Sale Service: after signing contract, outworkers will communicate in the further step with the clients
Reception Service: the client who has signed the contract may need to take a tour of the whole company once more, so products and company may bring greatly deep impression to the client.
